HONORARY PRESIDENT

Denise Bernachez will be the honorary president of the Eye Disease Foundation golf tournament for a 2nd consecutive year.

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Nikon Optical Canada, Denise has been close to the optical industry for over 20 years, thanks to her in-laws... and for over 5 years in Canada!

Denise is a committed strategist who does everything she can at Nikon Optical Canada to support the independence of optometry and opticians in Canada and create market value by offering premium Japanese high-technology products.

Since her arrival in Quebec in 1997, Denise has always been involved in various causes linked to childhood: Fondation Ste Justine, Un rêve d'enfants, Fondation Autiste & Majeur.

“Supporting a cause in our industry was a no-brainer; if everyone does their part, we will change the world! It’s our responsibility to make things happen. Our industry is full of caring and passionate people. It is important to support prevention and research, since these are an integral part of our ecosystem.”

Denise recently joined the advisory committee of the School of Optometry at the University of Montreal to promote the school and contribute to their major fundraising campaign.
